For best results, we recommend using our scrubs in the bath or shower, ensuring your body is wet and warm. Add a small amount of body scrub into your palm. Mix between both hands and apply to your body in a gentle, circular motion, paying attention to dry areas. Rinse off in the shower or in the bath.

Ground coffee is packed with antioxidants that help protect your skin from damage caused by free radicals. It is great for exfoliating and for its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It assists in wound healing, skin regeneration and the reduction of pigmentation. It has the ability to reduce pores, cleanse and purify.

Grape seed oil is high in omega-6 fatty acids (lineoleic acid) which helps increase and maintain hydration in the skin. It is also high in Vitamin E and antioxidants which help strengthen the skin against environmental damage. It is non-greasy and lightweight, and leaves the skin feeling soft and silky.
